Local Shooting Prompts Police To Seek Tips From Public

Columbus police are asking for the public's help in finding the person who shot and wounded a 19-year-old man last night. Otis Barnett Junior is hospitalized in critical condition after being shot outside of a home near East 22nd and Hamilton Avenues.
