The owners of a Westerville business have been indicted on charges of stealing 20 thousand dollars from customers. Prosecutors say Westerville Heating and Cooling owners used credit card information from three customers to purchase items for themselves and their company. Melissa Martin and her husband Douglas face an eight count indictment.
