Local Teacher Charged With Rape

Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies have charged an Arrowhead Elementary School teacher with rape and gross sexual imposition. Details of the alleged crimes by 39-year-old Matthew Rausenberg have not been released. He's being held in the Delaware County Jail pending arraignment.
