Local Waterpark Ranked Poorly For Customer Service

A central Ohio waterpark is getting a failing grade for the way it deals with customers.  The Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio is giving the Fort Rapids Indoor Waterpark and Resort an "F" , citing poor customer service, dirty rooms and lack of access to the pool.  Bureau officials say 19 complaints have been filed  over the past year, including several that have gone unresolved.
