A concealed weapons instructor is facing charges for an accidental shooting in his class. Lancaster city prosecutors say they have charged Violet Township trustee Terry Dunlap Senior with negligent assault, seven months after he accidentally shot a student while demonstrating the proper technique for handling a handgun. The 74-year-old Dunlap has declined comment. The injured student, 26-year-old Michael Piemonte, says Dunlap made a mistake.
