Over 18,000 Central Ohio voters will be directed to new polling places for the March primary.
Franklin County Board of Elections officials say the change involves seven locations, and involve property owners who no longer want to host elections, or sites that cannot be made accessible to voters with disabilities. Early voting and absentee in-person voting will still be available to the Board of Elections on Morse Road starting February 17th. More than 795,000 voters are eligible to vote in the March 15th primary, and there are still two weeks to register. There will be 389 polling places open on Election Day, and the board encourages everyone to double check their polling location.
