A Logan County man suspected of crashing into two bicycle riders on Wednesday has turned himself in. Sheriff's deputies say 33-year-old Nathaniel Gregg has been charged with causing the crash that injured 61-year-old Steve Stout and his 58-year-old wife Penny. Deputies say Gregg crashed into them on State Route 47 and fled the scene. The Bellefontaine couple was treated at a local hospital and released.
