Ohio EPA investigators suspect a chemical leak is to blame for a fish kill in Sycamore Creek in Blue Ash last week. EPA officials say it appears lye made its way into the creek. The chemical has been traced to a Blue Ash company, where officials reported a leak of 700 gallons into a sewer and the creek.
