A Madison County man will serve 10 years in prison for causing the death of his former-girlfriend’s 10-week-old son in 2014. Prosecutors say 31-year-old Brandon Adkins was babysitting Dustin Nguyen at the mother's apartment when he reported the child was injured. Prosecutors say Adkins caused those fatal brain injuries.
