Columbus, OH – To keep Ohio's unemployment compensation fund from going broke, employers may have to pay higher taxes....and some jobless workers may have to see their benefits frozen. At least, those are two of several recommendations from an out-of-state consultant Ohio hired. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
