The State Highway Patrol has arrested a Pike County man accused of causing a deadly crash last week. Troopers say Paul Riggs is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular assault for causing a head-on crash that killed 35-year-old Tina Ogier, her unborn child and 19-year-old Mary Jane Cooper. He had been on the run since fleeing the scene on foot.
