Man Charged After Accusing Cop Of Misconduct
A Columbus man who accused a Dublin police officer of inappropriate conduct is now facing criminal charges.
Ronald Croce accused the officer of making sexually related comments during a phone conservation in June. Croce claimed the officer called to tell him his gymnasium was canceling his membership and banning him from the facility because of inappropriate conduct. Police say investigators determined the allegations were not true, and Croce is charged with making a false allegation against a peace officer.
