Man Charged In Death Of Knox County Pedestrian

Knox County prosecutors say a Mount Vernon man had several types of drugs in his system when he struck and killed a 17-year-old girl. Curtis Hall has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and DUI. Toxicology tests show Hall had cocaine, heroin and marijuana in his system when he struck and killed 17-year-old Chelsea Alaimo last November.
