An Indiana man has been charged with last Friday's fatal crash on I-71 in Delaware County. Prosecutors say 28-year-old Nicholas West has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges. Bond is set at 5 thousand dollars. The State Highway Patrol says West lost control and was hit by another vehicle, which then hit a third vehicle. 31-year-old Zakaria Tefft was killed. West and the third driver, 52-year-old George Claudio, were taken to a local hospital. Troopers have ruled out alcohol as a factor in the crash.
