A Franklin County grand jury has indicted a man for causing a drunken driving crash that killed a bicyclist in December of last year. 38-year-old Matthew McQuirt faces multiple charges in the death of 42-year-old Robert Grimm. Prosecutors say McQuirt was intoxicated when he ran into Grimm on Obetz Reese Road.
