Man Charged With Killing Pregnant Circleville Woman

Pickaway County Sheriff’s deputies have charged a man in connection with the shooting death of his pregnant girlfriend last May. Kenneth Oliver is charged with killing 22-year-old Haven Foster at a Circleville home. No word on a motive.
