Man Charged With Raping Elderly Columbus Woman Twice

Columbus police say an 81-year-old North side woman was victimized twice by the same man.Anh Nguyen is charged with rape and aggravated burglary. Nguyen is accused of breaking into the woman's home last month to sexually assault her, only to return a few days later to do it again and steal her car.
