Man Charged In Slaying Of Scioto County Woman

Scioto County Sheriff's deputies have charged a man with shooting and killing a woman at her home on Monday night. 65-year-old Carl Hayden is charged with shooting and killing 25-year-old Amber Piguet inside of her home during an apparent robbery attempt. Deputies continue to investigate.
