Delaware County's so-called "Gym Lock Bandit" has been indicted on charges of stealing from dozens of gym lockers.Joshua Johnson allegedly broke into nearly 100 lockers at gyms around the county. Delaware County prosecutors say Johnson took credit cards and cash and went on a spending spree.
