The man convicted of killing former Ohio State and NFL defensive end Will Smith was sentenced in Louisiana yesterday to 25 years in prison.

John Fuller is the attorney who represents Cardell Hayes.

Hayes shot and killed Smith last September during a road rage incident in New Orleans.  Smith's wife says she wished the judge had handed down a tougher sentence.
