Man Convicted Of Robbing Local Restaurants

A Franklin County jury has convicted a man of robbing 11 local restaurants from February through July. 32-year-old James Smith was acquitted of charges of robbing five other eateries. Sentencing is pending. Smith has two previous robbery convictions on his record.
