Man Convicted In Several Local Rapes Sentenced

A convicted central Ohio serial rapist has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. 58-year-old Andrew Morrison was sentenced yesterday after pleading guilty to rape and attempted rape charges. Morrison admitted sexually assaulting three women and trying to rape four others in a seven-week span last summer. Morrison is a registered sex offender from Chillicothe.
