Man Indicted For Beating Child To Death

A Columbus man will appear in court this week, accused of killing his girlfriend's 17-month-old child. Franklin County prosecutors say Joseph Fultz has been indicted on felonious assault and child endangering charges for beating Leah Sowards to death last month.
