A Delaware County grand jury today indicted a man in connection with an assault that killed his father-in-law. 46-year-old Feral O’Quin faces involuntary manslaughter and felonious assault charges in the January death of 65-year-old Rickey Votaw. Prosecutors say O'Quin argued with Votaw, pushed him down, and kicked him, causing his death.
