Man Sentenced For Animal Cruelty

A Pickaway County man will serve ten days in jail and two years of probation for decapitating a puppy and neglecting seven other animals.

A judge also ordered Kyle Jenkins yesterday to undergo counseling and not have contact with animals while he's on probation. No word on a motive in the case.
