A Utica man will serve four years in prison for his role in the October 2013 death of a 2-year-old girl. 25-year-old Daniel Hall Junior was caring for Jocelyn Runyons when she died. Hall said the girl had fallen but the Franklin County coroner ruled the cause of death was blunt force trauma. The child's father, Adam Runyons Junior, is awaiting trial on charges of killing his father with a machete last May.
