Franklin County Sheriff's deputies have filed rape charges against a registered sex offender from Chillicothe. Deputies say 52-year-old Andrew Morrison is suspected of sexually assaulting seven women this summer after they accepted rides in his car. Morrison so far has been charged in connection with one rape last Friday in Lockbourne. Authorities say Morrison lives near where Chillicothe's missing and murdered women hung out, but it's too early to link him to those cases.
