The Ohio Highway Patrol says a man was inhaling from a can of compressed air to get high when his car veered across I-70 near London last month and crashed into another car, killing a military veteran. 27-year-old Thomas Farley of Columbus has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges in the crash that killed 49-year-old Carlos Martinez.
