The Columbus man who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting an employee at a downtown bank last year has been sentenced to 40 years in prison. 32-year-old Billy Anderson was sentenced on kidnapping and rape charges. His attorney says Anderson has an intellectual disability and severe mental illness.
