Managing stress can result in a healthier heart

Columbus, OH – Health officials are reminding people about the importance of managing stress. Estimates show 40 percent of Americans suffer from stress, mostly work-related pressure. But a study out of Italy found that devoting just an hour a week to stress management can significantly improve your heart rate and blood pressure.
