Dublin police say they are stumped by the disappearance of a man who traveled from India to visit family members last month.Police say 56-year-old Siva Kumar Singh-Gadwal was last seen on December 11th. Officers have searched by air, used tracking dogs and checked nearby bodies of water. Police say nothing found so far suggests foul play, but they are not sure if his disappearance was an accident or was planned.
