Marion Abduction Suspect Arrested

Marion police say they are investigating an apparent abduction as a domestic assault.Police say 24-year-old David Starks pulled a woman from her car yesterday at a gas station on East Center Street and drove off. Both were found a few hours later. The unnamed woman sustained minor injuries.
