McCain Trying to Close the Money Gap in Ohio

Columbus, OH – Republican presidential candidate John McCain will be in Ohio Thursday and Friday for two separate fundraisers. Senator McCain is trying to close the financial gap with Democrat Barack Obama.

During the month of May Obama raised $287 million, compared to $180 million by McCain. In Ohio Obama has out-raised McCain by $1.7 to $1.2 million.

McCain is also holding town hall meetings in Cincinnati on Thursday, and in Lordstown on Friday.
