Middletown Trying To Save Historic Hotel

Middletown city officials are in talks with potential buyers of the Manchester Inn. The city hopes to redevelop the landmark hotel that has been vacant for three years. Some developers say it could thrive as a boutique hotel with apartments and space for conferences and special events.
