Columbus, OH – A federal judge's order that Libertarian candidates have their names and party label put onto Ohio's November ballot is going to stand. State elections officials and the attorney general have decided not to appeal the ruling. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports that the Libertarians aren't the only minor party activists who are applauding.
