Missing Powell Teen Found Safe

A missing Powell teenager was found safe in Kentucky on Wednesday. Police say 17-year-old William "Billy" Scheetz was spotted at a fast-food restaurant near Louisville. Scheetz disappeared Tuesday and his pickup truck was found abandoned several hours before he was discovered.
