Montgomery County Commissioners are expected to vote today to settle one of several federal lawsuits alleging abuse at the county jail. Commissioners are expected to approve a 380 thousand dollar payout to former inmate Emily Evans, who said she was slammed to the floor by a jail guard in 2014, causing several facial fractures.
