Newark police say the number of girls and young women who claim to be victims of sexual assault by an assistant band director at Newark High School is growing. Anthony Miller's alleged victim count is up to 15, after five more people came forward yesterday. Sexual misconduct charges against Miller earlier this week led to a deluge of statements from others who say they had sex with him and received nude photos.
