State prisons department inspectors say they found gnats and ants this week in the kitchen of the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville. The inspectors were looking into inmates' complaints about maggots found recently in at least two meals. The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections has ordered inspections at every prison kitchen.
