A quarterly survey of central Ohio employers by Manpower Incorporated shows more hires are planned this spring. 22 percent of local employers plan to add staff from April to June, while 3 percent plan layoffs.The 19-point spread is 6 points lower than during the first quarter. The survey says jobs will be filled in most sectors.
