A Columbus man will serve an additional seven years in prison for the death of a woman he assaulted in 1998. 66-year-old Edward Bynum served 10 years for the assault of 46-year-old Tina Franklin. He got the additional seven years on Thursday. Prosecutors say it happened when Bynum became angry after learning Franklin was having an affair with his wife. She died in 2010.
