Columbus police have charged the owner of a vehicle that hit and killed a Columbus woman early Saturday. 37-year-old Antoine Vaughn is charged with failure to stop after an accident. Columbus police says he was driving the first of two vehicles that struck 28-year-old Alysia Allison as she crossed Livingston Avenue near Beechwood Road.
