A Delaware County man pleaded guilty this morning to assaulting a group of bicyclists last August in what prosecutors call a road rage incident. A judge sentenced 52-year-old William Hamilton to the time he has already served in prison, and ordered him to make restitution for the hospital bills one of the riders incurred. Prosecutors say Hamilton assaulted the bikers on a weeknight training ride on Troy Road. One was treated for injuries at a local hospital.
