Columbus, OH – Columbus city council tonight is scheduled to vote to enact mayor Michael Coleman's $650-million dollar municipal budget proposal. Council is expected to use some extra cash to amend the spending blueprint, but the seven democrats face some tough choices. Jim Letizia reports.
