Native-American Groups Plan To Sue Cleveland Indians

Groups of Native American activists plan to take the Cleveland Indians to court. The group called "People Not Mascots" and others say they plan to sue the team for 9 billion dollars, claiming it has made money off what the group calls the team's racist nickname and Chief Wahoo mascot. Leaders say they're emboldened by the U.S. Patent Office's recent cancelation of the trademarks for Washington DC's pro football franchise.  The Indians as part of their team policy are not commenting on anything related to Chief Wahoo.
