Nelsonville Bypass Opens

State transportation officials today opened a new U.S. Route 33 bypass around Nelsonville that cuts through the Wayne National Forest. The bypass is expected to relieve traffic jams on road through Nelsonville. Construction on the 175 million dollar project started in 2007.
