Nelsonville Cop Charged With Abusing Teen Suspect

A Nelsonville police officer caught on video aggressively grabbing a seated and unarmed 15-year-old boy by the face and pushing him into a desk has been indicted on multiple charges.Randy Secoy is charged for the March 6th incident after the boy was arrested on suspicion of fighting with another teen at a restaurant. Secoy is scheduled to appear in court on April 3rd.
