Columbus, OH – The Ohio Senate has passed a bill allowing Cuyahoga County to establish a land bank to buy foreclosed properties. The move is meant to help homeowners who live in areas where foreclosure threatens their neighborhoods. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.
