Ohio Governor John Kasich has sworn in a new adjutant general of the Ohio National Guard. Major General Mark Bartman replaces Major General Deborah Ashenhurst, who stepped down earlier this year to assume duties at the National Guard Bureau in Washington. Bartman has served in various operations and command positions in the U.S. Air Force and the Ohio Air National Guard.
