New Push To Solve Old Homicides

Sep 28, 2012

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine says his office is putting a new emphasis on solving more than 5-thousand cold-case homicides.

The AG plans to list the cases on his website and he says local authorities may now tap into the expertise of investigators at the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation. DeWine says symposiums on unsolved homicides will be held around the state next year to educate local law enforcement on the effort.
